Key Responsibilities

Banking Reconciliation

• Conduct routine reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
• Generate reconciliation reports and maintain relevant documentation.
• Monitor transactions for accuracy and flag unusual activities.
• Liaise with banks and internal teams to address and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Payment

• Prepare payment requests and issue checks.
• Process electronic transactions such as ACH and wire transfers.
• Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation.
• Possess sound knowledge of H2H (Host-to-Host) payment processes.

Others

• Practical experience in using SAP.
• Skilled in working with Accounts Payable (AP) systems and related software.
• Strong grasp of accounting standards and procedures.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Non-Negotiable Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor of Commerce
• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and general accounting
• Required knowledge – Accounting, SAP, excel.
