Key Responsibilities

• Position Overview
  We are seeking a dynamic AGM/DGM – Project – Corporate Affairs to lead the end-to-end approval process for our renewable energy projects across India. This is a crucial role requiring comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the ability to engage effectively with government bodies and stakeholders.
  
• Approval Management
  Oversee the acquisition of project-related approvals, ensuring compliance with all state and central regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  Collaborate with key government and regulatory authorities to facilitate timely approvals.
• Leadership & Team Management
  Lead a team of managers in securing necessary local approvals.
• Process Optimization
  Streamline approval processes to enhance efficiency across states.
• Negotiation & Documentation
  Negotiate with stakeholders and prepare essential documentation for submissions.
• Travel & On-Site Intervention
  Provide on-ground support across India as required.
• Policy & Regulatory Compliance
  Stay updated on policy changes impacting our projects and ensure compliance.

Eduction And Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering/Energy or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within a leading renewable energy developer in India.
