Key responsibilities
- Strategic Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth market analysis to pinpoint potential customers for solar power solutions.
- Proactive Customer Exploration: Exploring new customer opportunities through targeted industrial hub visits and effective networking strategies.
- Client Engagement and Planning: Engaging with customers, gathering relevant details, and strategically planning regular meetings for optimal client interaction.
- Solar Power Potential Assessment: Assessing solar power potential through comprehensive analysis of consumption data and other pertinent information.
- Tailored Proposals Development: Crafting tailored proposals for potential clients, ensuring solutions align with their unique requirements.
- B2B Lead Pipeline Management: Building and managing a robust B2B lead pipeline through meticulous research and strategic networking efforts.
- End-to-End Business Opportunity Management: Taking charge of specific business opportunities from initiation to successful completion.
- Client-Centric Solar Solutions: Understanding client needs deeply and offering viable solar solutions that meet their distinct requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance and Awareness: Staying informed about relevant policies and regulations specific to the operational market.
- Sales Pipeline Reporting: Preparation of comprehensive weekly/quarterly reports on the sales pipeline and enquiry generation.
- CRM Maintenance: Timely updating of the sales CRM for all enquiries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Non-negotiable technical skills and abilities
- Core Skills: Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Client Acquisition Proficiency: Experience with B2B client acquisition, preferably in the capital goods industry.
- Industry Experience: Relevant industry experience in power, sustainability, or power trading is an added advantage, although not mandatory
- Passion for Renewable Energy: Enthusiasm for the renewable energy and sustainability space, with a willingness to rapidly acquire industry-specific skills.
